What does the IT support contract cost include?

We charge an additional £75 per hour for 'project' work, which includes tasks such as upgrading four or more computers simultaneously, office relocations, network expansions, new service or server installations, and data or service migrations.

How much are your services priced?

Our IT support subscription cost is determined by the number of computers, servers, and sites you have, billed monthly. For business working hours, our pay-as-you-go rate is £95 per hour for remote assistance.
